I have to admit, the fact that DopeWars is out for blackberry becomes even more appropriate when remember the Crackberry nickname.

I spent a lot of time playing this on Palm, so it’s like having an old friend back. An old, abusive, creepy yet compelling friend.

I’ve been seriously hooked on Rooster, which is a superb remake of Frogger. My high score is currently just over 1000, on the second space level.

Odd. The http://mini.opera.com/mnt tester is OK, so this may be an OS4 issue.

Opera has released Opera Mini for Blackberry, and it’s a free download. If, like me, you have BB OS4 or later, you have to manually select the ‘low memory version’, but that’s pretty easy.

Use the browser on your blackberry to open http://mini.opera.com/

I’m trying it now, but get download errors on both versions - 406, Jar not acceptable. My guess is invalid jar signature.

Odd, ’cause it works for the folks at BBC. I sent them feedback, hopefully they can fix this.

CaffeineFinder, the killer application for Blackberry, has been updated to 1.0.3. It now has pictures of the starbucks stores, and some bug fixes. Seems to run faster, too.
